Piers Morgan, a veteran British broadcaster, has asked that Manchester United head coach Erik Ten Hag apologize to Al-Nassr striker Cristiano Ronaldo for disrespecting him. Ronaldo is currently playing for Manchester United.
Ronaldo, now 37 years old, was disrespected by Ten Hag while he was playing for Old Trafford, and Morgan demanded that Ten Hag go on his knees and apologize to Ronaldo for his behavior.
In November of 2017, Ronaldo abruptly parted ways with Manchester United after reaching an agreement with the Premier League powerhouses to cancel his contract.
Before the 2022 FIFA World Cup, which will be Qatar, the captain of Portugal sat down with Morgan and delivered a scathing evaluation of his time playing for Ten Hag.
This season, Ronaldo alleged that the former Ajax boss humiliated him. As a result, he refused to make a late substitution against Tottenham.
On the other hand, when asked whether or not he would apologize to Ten Hag for comments he has made about the Dutchman’s treatment of Ronaldo if Manchester United had a great season, Mourinho responded in the negative.
When asked by talkSPORT, Morgan said, “Absolutely not.” I expect Ten Hag to show Cristiano Ronaldo the utmost respect by kneeling down in front of him and apologizing for the shocking disrespect he has shown him.
Rashford will have his Manchester United contract extended.
